How to Check Your Account Status

Overview:


This article provides instructions on how to check the status of your account to ensure you have up-to-date information regarding your account details and activity.


Steps to Check Your Account Status:


  • Access Your Account from the Template window that appears after you have started the Application within your document:



  • Select the Account Tab. Now, you will see your account Status (Active/Inactive) and how the current usage of your billing period. 



  • You can proceed to manage your account by selecting the button for Manage Account.
